Executive digital leadership, on call.
For the calls you don't want to make alone, bring in someone who's made them before.
With over a decade leading custom software, web, CMS, and integration
builds at scale, from startups to global enterprises, I'm the person
you call when the scope isn't written, the build needs an owner, the
launch is slipping, the vendor is dodging, or the decision is yours
alone. Not a tool. Not an agency. A peer.
I come in for one decision, one stalled project, or one long
stretch. I've taken these builds from first scope to launch, so I
know where they go sideways long before it shows. I don't
replace your team or your vendor. I make the ones you have
deliver.
Best for founders, in-house leads, and small teams without a digital lead to call.
What's always included
✓A written scope & price up front. Fixed fee for projects, a defined term for retainers. Nothing open-ended.
✓Weekly written updates. Progress, decisions, and what's next, in a shared doc.
✓A standing weekly call. Thirty minutes; async-first the rest of the week.
✓A written handoff. You keep a documented, working system, not a dependency on me.
✓Direct access to me. No account managers, no juniors.
✓An honest no when it's right. If I'm not the fit, I'll say so before either of us spends money.

01 · What I do
For one decision, one project, or one stretch as your executive digital lead.
Service 01 · Advisory
Your build is stalled, your vendor is missing deadlines, or you're
three weeks from launch and quietly panicking.
I diagnose what's actually broken: technically, politically,
contractually. Then I rebuild the path to launch. Your vendors keep
building. I make sure they ship.
30 minutes. We talk through what's going sideways and whether I'm the right person to help. If I'm not, I'll say so.

Scoped proposal
A written scope, deliverables, and pricing you can hold me to: a fixed fee for project work, a defined term for ongoing. Nothing open-ended.
iii.
We work
Weekly async, one 30-min sync per week, shared doc. You see progress without managing me. I work in whatever your team already uses, Jira, Linear, Monday, or a spreadsheet, and however you already run, Agile or stage-gate. The cadence is mine; the tooling is yours.
iv.
Handoff
Written doc and a standing offer to be the person you call when the next thing breaks.

Custom SaaS
Turned an industry with no software into a full SaaS platform.
A startup needed custom software to run an entire industry that had none. I led the discovery and spec, then steered the team through designing and building the whole platform: CRM, e-commerce, lead gen, inventory, and billing. It launched and keeps scaling with new subscribers.
5 systems → 1 platformCRM, e-commerce, lead gen, inventory, and billing in one build.
Untangled a storefront where three systems wouldn't talk.
An online certification brand had its store, CRM, and login all disconnected, creating friction at signup. I led a full storefront redesign and the plan to unify all three, then handed a clean design system to their in-house developers to build.
3 systems → 1 loginStore, CRM, and login unified into one flow.
Gave a B2B hiring platform a site its marketers could run themselves.
A tech-careers platform was stuck on a limited system its team couldn't update. I led the redesign and a secure, self-serve CMS, with SEO, AI, and accessibility work built in, so the team ships changes without waiting on developers.
